UPSSSC Pharmacist Eligibility Result 2026 Check Exam Date
Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the Eligibility Result and Exam Date on its official website for the recruitment of Pharmacist posts.
What is UPSSSC – Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission
Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) was established in 1988 under an Ordinance by the Uttar Pradesh Government, later replaced by Act No. 7 of 1988. UPSSSC is responsible for direct recruitment to all Group B and Group C posts specified by the UP Government across state departments and government-owned organisations.
UPSSSC introduced the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) as a mandatory first-stage gateway exam for all its Group C recruitments. A valid PET score — now valid for 3 years — is required before applying for any UPSSSC Main examination. This system allows a single PET score to unlock multiple recruitment opportunities over 3 years.
UPSSSC PET – Preliminary Eligibility Test 2026
UPSSSC PET (Preliminary Eligibility Test) is the mandatory qualifying exam that all candidates must clear before they can apply for any UPSSSC Group C post Main examination. It is not a direct recruitment exam — it is a gateway that scores and ranks candidates for shortlisting to post-specific Mains.

- Step 4 – Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates verify age, qualification, category and domicile certificates.
- Step 5 – Skill Test (if applicable): Some posts like Stenographer require a typing or shorthand test. Qualifying in nature.
