HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27: Selection Process
- Applications will be screened based on merit percentage (marks) as per eligibility criteria and discipline wise training slots notified by HPCL.
- Candidates will be called for document verification in merit order in a ratio of 1:5 against the number of training slots available.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed through their registered email ID.
- A final merit list will be prepared based on candidates who appear for document verification and are found eligible.
- Engagement will be offered in merit order after acceptance of the apprenticeship contract on the NATS portal.
- Final engagement is subject to medical fitness and police verification.
